  • - Once the order is placed for any product it will not be cancelled by the user.

  • - Booking charges are non-refundable once the order Is placed even if the order is cancelled by the user.

  • - Incase if the product is not delivered by the vendor/delivery boy due to natural calamity ,flood,traffic accidents, then in that case the amount paid as booking charges will be refunded by the admin within 2 days.

  • - Admin reserves the right to cancel the order in case of un-avoidable circumstances and in that case there will be complete refund of booking charge paid by user

  • Few software mistakes or manual difficulties with the name of product ,quantity or service issue occurs sometimes: although all the services are thoroughly reviewed before release, unexpected errors may occur.   • In view of COVID – 19 pandemic, if your residence comes under red zone / containment area, you should avoid placing the order.
